Rental Terms & Conditions

1. DRIVERʼS AGE: Minimum 21 years old.
2. DRIVING LICENSE: A valid driving license held for at least one year from the country of residence or an international Driving Permit is required.
3. MINIMUM RENTAL: One (1) day. Every hour in excess is calculated at 1/5 of the daily rate.
4. TRAFFIC FINES: All traffic fines resulting from violation of the Greek traffic law are for renterʼs account.
5. DEPOSITS: To rent a car requires a credit card, even if the renter finally pays with cash.
6. INSURANCE: All vehicles at ParosTrust rental are insured:
   1. against liability to third parties (excluding driver and passengers) for death, injury up to 478,357 euro.
   2. material damages to third parties (excluding the vehicle at ParosTrust rental) up to 100,00 euro.
   3. for fire for the vehicle from ParosTrust rental.
   4. the driver, however, is responsible for collision damage to the rented vehicle from ParosTrust rental up to its value.
7. COLLISION DAMAGE WAIVER (C.D.W.): The driver can limit his responsibility for his legal share in any damage of the vehicle (as mentioned in the above paragraph 6.4) to 450 euro for the categories A, B,to 800 euro for the category C and 1200 euro for the D, E and F provided also that the traffic laws were not contravened. Damages to tires, windshield, mirrors, windows and underneath the vehicle is not covered by the C.D.W. insurance cover.
8. Cost: 8 euro / day for categories A,B , 12 euro / day for category C and 20 euro per day for categories D,E,F
9. PARTIAL THEFT PROTECTION – TOTAL THEFT PROTECTION, DRIVERʼS AND OTHER PASSENGERS INSURANCE: It is ensured with 2 euro daily.
10. PROTECTION FOR FRACTURE OF PANES: It is ensured with 1 euro.
11. PROTECTION FROM TERRORIST ATTACKS AND NATURAL DISASTERS: It is ensured with 2 euro daily.
12. TAXES: All rates are subject to 24% VAT.
13. FUEL: The renter has to pay for the fuel he used and return it the same level he received it, for vehicles rented from ParosTrust rental.
14. DELIVERY: From our office, port, airport or any hotel close to Paroikia.
15. Delivery elsewhere or times except from 9:00-21:00 there is a 20 euro charge.
16. COLLECTION: To our offices, port, airport or any hotel close to Paroikia. Collection elsewhere or times except from 9:00-21:00 there is a 20 euro charge.
17. EQUIPMENT: Baby seat, child seat and booster seat.
18. FERRYING THE CAR: Only to Antiparos.

Rates and conditions may change without notice.

Cancellation policy

If the cancellation is made by the customer 21 days before the agreed arrival, ParosTrust Rental is obliged to return the entire deposit minus the taxes.

If the cancellation is made less than 21 days, ParosTrust Rental does not return any deposit but keeps that deposit for a future reservation.
